About the internship
This 2-month, full-time in-office HR internship is centered on talent sourcing, recruitment support, and helping the organization build a strong candidate pipeline. The role requires someone who can contribute to hiring efforts that support current project needs and future growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract suitable candidates who can contribute to the company’s growth and industry positioning.
- Use recruitment tools and job portals to support hiring efforts and build a broader talent pool.
- Help shape and execute the overall recruiting approach.
- Create, refine, and maintain job descriptions and role specifications.
- Work closely with department managers to anticipate upcoming hiring requirements.
- Serve as a communication bridge with candidates and maintain positive relationships during the hiring process.
- Source, evaluate, and support the hiring of people needed to meet business objectives and project demands.
