About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in fundraising for a global non-profit aggregator. The chosen intern will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission by assisting in the creation and execution of fundraising strategies aimed at sustaining various programs and projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and rollout of fundraising plans and campaigns.
- Organize and oversee fundraising events, including donor outreach and managing relationships.
- Work collaboratively with team members to design compelling fundraising content and communication approaches.
- Take the lead in meeting and surpassing fundraising targets.
- Maintain accurate records of donor contributions and data management.
- Innovate and execute creative fundraising ideas to enhance revenue streams.
- Coordinate closely with colleagues to advance the foundation's broader objectives.
Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to work from home and able to start between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship duration is required.
- Relevant skills and interest in fundraising activities essential.

Additional Information
- The internship offers a flexible work schedule to accommodate part-time commitments.
- Interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion.
- The stipend ranges from 3,000 to 19,000 INR monthly, comprised of a fixed component (2,000 to 4,000 INR) and incentives (1,000 to 15,000 INR) based on fundraising achievements.
- Commission on donations is structured progressively from 3% to 7% depending on the donation amount, with shared commissions at the CEO's discretion if multiple contributors are involved.
About the Organization
Conscious Humanity Network Foundation (CHNF) is a recently established Section 8 Non-Profit under the Indian Companies Act 2013, dedicated to integrating various non-profit entities and their offerings into an accessible online platform. CHNF fosters community engagement among diverse ecosystem players and functions under the umbrella of Divine Play, led by founder and CEO Vishal Bhuta, who also manages multiple other global non-profit and commercial ventures.
