Role overview
This on-site internship is based in Coimbatore, with openings also mentioned for Madurai. The selected intern will help customers get started smoothly, guide them on product usage, and support day-to-day issue resolution while building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and help make their onboarding process simple and efficient.
- Explain the product clearly and provide ongoing customer assistance.
- Handle customer questions, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Encourage regular and effective use of the product to improve adoption.
- Run customer feedback discussions to collect insights and support service improvement.
Internship details
This is a 6-month full-time, in-office internship. The internship is scheduled to begin immediately. There are 2 openings.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to applicants who can work full time from the office, are available to begin between 6th Jul'26 and 10th Aug'26, can commit for 6 months, and have relevant skills and interest in customer support work.
Compensation and benefits
The stipend is INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 per month. Benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, flexible work hours, a 5-day work week, an informal dress code, and free snacks and beverages.
