Internship Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Assist clients with order-related updates, exchanges, returns, and general product questions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate seamless order processing and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide support in managing daily website orders, packaging, dispatching, and shipment tracking when needed.
- Conduct simple quality inspections before dispatching orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records for orders, inventory, and operational spreadsheets.
- Help prepare daily and weekly reports regarding customer service and operational metrics.
- Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth daily business activities.
- Handle additional assigned duties responsibly.
Candidate Eligibility and Skills
- Applicants must be available for full-time, in-office internship starting between July 13, 2026 and August 17, 2026.
- The internship duration is six months.
- Relevant skills in customer service and basic operations are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A friendly and patient attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capability.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn about customer service and e-commerce operations.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to 13,000, composed of a fixed pay (₹7,000-10,000) and incentives (₹1,000-3,000).
