Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to manage and execute social media campaigns for Floneo Technologies across prominent platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. The role involves supporting content creation led by the founder, handling video editing collaboration, and maintaining systematic content calendars. Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics and assisting in influencer marketing and SEO-driven blog promotions are also core aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily social media campaign activities targeting B2C audiences on multiple platforms.
- Transform raw shoot material into engaging posts, captions, reels, and carousels aligned with brand voice.
- Organize and manage a weekly content calendar ensuring timely publishing and thorough tracking of posts.
- Collaborate with video editors to develop short-form video clips from product demos and founder content.
- Create compelling captions, calls-to-action, and community responses with clarity and distinctiveness.
- Monitor weekly statistics including impressions, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Assist influencer marketing efforts by curating creator lists, outreach communication, and monitoring deliverables.
- Repurpose blogs into social posts to enhance SEO and drive audience engagement towards signup pages.
- Maintain comprehensive trackers using ClickUp and Google Sheets for content distribution and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze content performance data regularly to identify successful trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability to work remotely and commitment to a 3-month internship starting between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026.
- Relevant skills and enthusiasm for social media management and digital marketing.
- Experience supporting or managing social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and community pages, is advantageous.
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva and comfort with basic analytics.
- High levels of discipline and responsiveness, with an ability to adhere to a structured daily execution plan.
- Interest in startups, AI tools, SaaS, no-code/low-code platforms, or the creator economy preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- Total monthly stipend ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 composed of fixed pay (₹5,000–8,000) plus incentives (₹5,000–10,000).
- Opportunity to receive a certificate, letter of recommendation, flexible work hours, and potential job offer upon successful internship completion.
- Successful conversion to permanent employment includes an expected annual salary between ₹200,000 and ₹250,000.
