Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell various real estate projects.
- Establish collaborations with builders to market their property developments.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Devise effective marketing strategies to attract and engage new clients.
- Nurture client relationships by providing comprehensive information about multiple projects and coordinating site visits.
- Engage in price negotiations to finalize property deals.
- Stay thoroughly informed about trends and developments in the domestic real estate market.
- Collect competitive market intelligence and monitor competitor actions.
- Meet and exceed organizational sales targets.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate investment options.
Qualifications & Eligibility

- Availability for a full-time, onsite internship position based in Baner, Pune.
