About the Internship
This internship opportunity focuses on designing and implementing automation workflows primarily using the n8n platform or similar automation tools. As an intern, you will develop AI-driven automation pipelines aimed at minimizing manual and repetitive tasks across various business functions.
Key tasks include integration of diverse services such as REST APIs, webhooks, Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Gmail, Drive), CRM/ERP platforms, and databases. The role involves leveraging AI-powered tools and large language model services like OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini to enrich workflows.
Interns will automate critical functions including email follow-ups, report generation, resume screening, documentation, reminders, data processing, and workflow notifications. Additionally, creating simple AI bots or agents to assist internal departments such as HR, sales, marketing, technology, and operations is expected.
The internship also includes the development of automation workflows supporting software engineering tasks like test case generation, bug tracking, release note compilation, and documentation production. Regular monitoring, debugging, and optimization of workflows to enhance performance and reliability are part of the responsibilities, along with clear documentation of workflows detailing triggers, inputs, processes, outputs, tools utilized, and error handling mechanisms.
