About the Role

Join Qwist as a Working Student and immerse yourself in practical experience with transaction data, machine learning applications, and cutting-edge technologies. You will contribute to dynamic projects that improve data categorization engines and develop automation tools, all within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction data to discover patterns that enhance our data categorization engine.
• Utilize Python and SQL for querying and exploring transaction datasets.
• Experiment with and evaluate new tools and technologies to increase performance and insight generation.
• Create automation features to improve team efficiency.
• Assess data quality and recommend improvements tailored to various markets and use cases.
• Participate in quarterly strategic projects focused on engine optimization and new solution development.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders across departments.
• Maintain clear documentation of your work for future use and improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled at a German university with at least a 12-month commitment and availability up to 20 hours per week.
• Exhibits a proactive attitude with a strong drive to take initiative.
• Works in a structured, detailed, and team-oriented manner.
• Proficient in English and possesses at least intermediate German language skills; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Technically curious and quick to adapt to new tools and topics.
• Flexible and able to embrace new challenges readily.
