Job Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join as Recruiter/HR Trainee/HR Intern working from home. The role involves engaging in the entire recruitment process while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Locations

Positions are open for candidates located in Indore, Mumbai, Thane, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Gurugram, Noida, and Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring execution.
• Source potential candidates through diverse channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and direct headhunting.
• Understand and analyze client hiring needs to align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Screen and review resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients to schedule interviews effectively.
• Continuously update knowledge regarding current recruitment trends and best practices.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: 11 AM to 7 PM, working six days per week.
• Compensation for freshers ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month (CTC).
• Experienced candidates can expect Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (CTC).
• Salary is credited to the employee’s account in the first week of each month.
