Key Responsibilities
- Swiftly create and deliver high-quality marketing web pages to support timely campaign launches without causing engineering delays.
- Maintain website performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and health, consistently meeting and exceeding Core Web Vitals and accessibility standards.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance for all published pages, including those leveraging AI-generated content, ensuring minimal defects.
- Optimize website effectiveness via data-driven methods to improve user engagement, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
- Develop scalable processes, reusable components, QA procedures, and documentation to enhance team efficiency and consistency.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience building websites using Webflow platform.
- Ability to convert Figma design mockups into fully responsive web pages.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and web performance optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and foundational JavaScript concepts.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Webflow AI) for content creation coupled with meticulous quality review.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance site visibility.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for monitoring website metrics.
- Detail-oriented QA approach with structured testing methodologies.
- Experience managing CMS-driven websites and collaborating with marketing teams.
- Background working in SaaS or developer-focused organizations is preferred.
