Tittertots is a growing family lifestyle and sleepwear brand specializing in cozy cotton nightwear, children’s apparel, and coordinated family sets. We seek a dependable Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse tasks, support order fulfillment, maintain inventory, and aid in production planning based in Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate picking and packing of customer orders in line with order details.
• Ensure quality control measures and proper dispatch of orders; manage returns and inventory stock.
• Verify product type, sizes, quantities, and quality before packaging.
• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and related documents.
• Adhere to Tittertots’ packaging standards while packaging orders.
• Assist with daily processing and shipment of orders.
• Liaise with courier partners during shipment handover.
• Receive incoming stock, verify quantities with documentation.
• Organize products by SKU and uphold warehouse tidiness.
• Support inventory counts and conduct periodic stock audits.
• Maintain records of stock movement and basic warehouse documentation.
• Handle returns and returned-to-origin items; inspect returned stock and reintegrate into inventory.
• Report damaged, defective, or incorrect products to management.
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Provide additional assistance during peak sales and festive seasons.

Candidate Requirements

• 0 to 3 years experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or inventory management preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications.
• Ability to accurately read product names, SKUs, sizes, and order details.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Physically capable of handling cartons and conducting warehouse duties.
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
• Prior experience with Shopify, Unicommerce/Uniware, or courier management portals is advantageous.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic Excel functions.

• Accurate supervision of order picking and packaging.

• Appropriate handling of returns and return-to-origin shipments.
• Organized and clean warehouse environment.
