Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Visual Designer to enhance Insight Funders' digital presence. The candidate will specialize in web and digital design, focusing on responsive layouts, brand storytelling, and engaging interactive features. The role emphasizes creating visually impactful web pages and marketing content aligned with our branding and expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually captivating, responsive web pages that enrich user experience and reinforce brand identity.
• Develop engaging interactive components and subtle animations to enhance the digital interface.
• Partner with developers ensuring smooth translation of designs into performant websites.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure design solutions align with strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and grow the design system for a unified and scalable brand presence across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Educational background with a bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, HCI, or related fields.
• Over six years of professional experience in web or digital design with a portfolio highlighting responsive and interactive designs.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX concepts, brand storytelling, and marketing-focused web design.
• Experience with fintech, SaaS, or AI products is advantageous.

Skills

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and brand identity concepts.
• Familiarity with design systems and modular web design techniques.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience designing light animations and interactive elements using CSS animations or After Effects.
• Bonus skill: Webflow website development.
