Virtual Relationship Manager - Branch Cum Tele-Sales at Kotak Mahindra Bank

About the Role and Company

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is urgently seeking candidates for the position of Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM), located at Wagle Estate, Thane-West, Maharashtra. This role is graded as Assistant Manager (M-1) or Deputy Manager (M-2) and is a full-time, in-office position with no field work or face-to-face customer interaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent engagement with assigned customer portfolios, ensuring all interactions are accurately documented.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote and cross-sell various banking products based on the customer portfolio and engagement strategy.
• Generate business and revenue by achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
• Sell financial products including CASA accounts, life and general insurance policies, loans, credit cards, mutual funds, demat, and trading accounts.
• Handle calls following established standards and provide precise solutions to customer queries.
• Encourage the adoption of digital banking services to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure high-quality communication and effective customer service, meeting productivity and service benchmarks.
• Frequently interact with customers and proactively evaluate their financial needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum experience of 1 to 6 years in banking sales or telesales preferred; candidates with experience in telesales, outbound sales, or branch sales related to this job may also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Open to male and female candidates aged between 20 and 32 years.
• Educational qualification: Minimum graduate in any discipline. Postgraduates or MBA holders are also eligible.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Five working days per week with two weekly offs: Sunday fixed, and one weekday or Saturday off.
• Fixed day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Permanent employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank, featuring a fixed salary and high performance-based incentives.
• Role is office-based within a contact center branch environment with no customer visits.
• Annual CTC ranges between 325,000 and 450,000 INR with additional benefits such as Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mediclaim, and insurance as per policy.
