About the Role
Peachtree VA is seeking motivated and experienced administrative professionals to join their team as Virtual Assistants. This contract position is remote within the United States and requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week during typical business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). The hourly pay ranges from $22 to $24, depending on experience, determined at hire. Candidates will work as 1099 contractors with no guaranteed hours or client assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications such as email inboxes and calendars
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and scheduling logistics
- Research topics and compile comprehensive reports or findings
- Create presentations, meeting agendas, and various internal documents
- Handle travel bookings, expense tracking, and related logistics
- Provide light human resources and finance support including invoicing and contracts
- Serve as an intermediary between clients and their teams or customers
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Organize digital files, CRMs, and shared drives
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners
- Assist in launches, events, and internal projects
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Develop or update branded materials utilizing Canva
- Draft, proofread, and edit marketing content and newsletters
- Support minor website or blog updates
- Monitor engagement metrics and report performance trends

Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or project coordination roles, including direct assistant experience (official title not mandatory)
- Minimum of 1 year working remotely
- Ability to independently manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities
- Access to a reliable Mac or PC computer equipped with webcam, high-speed internet, and a distraction-free working space
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management or AI platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com, ChatGPT, and Zapier
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred

- Candidates currently enrolled full-time in school or employed full-time are not eligible
- Applicants must reside continuously within the continental U.S.; international candidates will be disqualified
- Availability for at least 15 hours per week during standard business hours is mandatory
