Videographer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Videographer to create engaging, high-quality video content that will be used across digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications. You will be instrumental in highlighting our clubs, members, and community, supporting new club openings, and driving brand campaigns that capture the energy and personality of Revo Fitness.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, film, edit, and deliver top-notch video content tailored for digital channels, social media, paid advertising, internal communication, and events.
• Produce videos that effectively showcase the Revo Fitness brand, the member experience, and our vibrant community.
• Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met, quality standards maintained, and campaign goals achieved.
• Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, digital assets, and editing processes to streamline content creation.
• Partner with the Marketing team to develop creative ideas aligned with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and suggest visual concepts that enhance audience engagement.
• Stay abreast of new content trends, innovative formats, and production techniques to keep our video content fresh and relevant.
• Ensure all video materials consistently represent Revo Fitness's brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.
• Support marketing campaigns, club launches, product projects, and member engagement through specialized video content.
• Film content at clubs, events, and activations, including travel as needed to prioritize business objectives.
• Craft platform-specific videos optimized for different channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid media, websites, and internal use.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced skills in video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or their equivalents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of videography fundamentals such as lighting, composition, camera operation, sound recording, and post-production techniques.
• Essential photography expertise with the ability to capture high-quality still images; skills in animation are considered a plus.
• Experience producing content optimized for various social and digital platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid advertising channels.
• Strong ability to work independently while juggling multiple tasks and delivering high-quality creative output under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity or interest in leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to enhance creative processes is advantageous.
• Preference for candidates with previous experience producing authentic lifestyle, fitness, community, or people-oriented content.
