Vice President Finance

Overview

A prominent large-scale enterprise seeks a seasoned Vice President of Finance to lead the finance organization, encompassing FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning. This key executive role involves steering financial performance amid rapid expansion, organizational change, and business integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise-wide finance functions including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning.
• Formulate and implement financial strategies that align with company growth and objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management efforts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to guide strategic planning and critical business decisions.
• Manage capital allocation, cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation.
• Communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategies effectively to the Board of Directors and other senior stakeholders.
• Develop robust financial systems, processes, and controls for a complex organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success managing finance operations during rapid growth, acquisitions, or major organizational shifts.
• Expertise across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Corporate Finance disciplines.
• Experience delivering presentations to executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and communication skills.
• CPA and/or MBA credentials are preferred.
• Required bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $370,000 to $400,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
