UX/UI Designer (Multidisciplinary)

Position Overview

We are seeking a multidisciplinary design specialist for a contract role focused on enhancing visual and UX/UI quality in various interview materials. This position involves remote work with flexible weekly hours ranging from 10 to 40.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve design interview content, emphasizing user experience and aesthetics.
• Evaluate AI-generated design assets to ensure they meet current standards and usability criteria.
• Provide practical recommendations to enhance layout, visual flow, and overall user interaction.
• Work closely with AI development teams to maintain consistency with industry trends.
• Apply comprehensive design expertise to support ongoing refinement of AI tools in practical contexts.
• Advocate for user-focused design principles and consistent branding in all evaluated outputs.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven multidisciplinary design experience substantiated by a robust portfolio.
• Deep understanding of typography, composition, and visual design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Advanced skills in wireframing, prototyping, and applying user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong ability to critique and build branding and visual identity frameworks.

Additional Information

• Compensation ranges between $15 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
• The role is fully remote and demands a weekly time commitment of 10 to 40 hours.
