Utility Worker

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Utility Worker to join our collegiate dining team at Eastman, Georgia. This role involves managing sanitation activities and organizing various assigned tasks to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of floors and dining tables.
• Restocking necessary supplies within the dining areas.
• Properly disposing of waste materials following safety guidelines.
• Handling inventory receipt and stocking duties.
• Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and dish room facilities.

Qualifications

• Skillful in practicing safe operational procedures and making sound decisions.
• Capable of performing both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Previous experience in foodservice or maintenance fields is advantageous.

Work Environment

The position is based at Middle Georgia State within the Eastman, Georgia location.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage starts at $12.00.
