About the Role
The Uniform Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by managing uniform distribution on-site at customer locations. This position involves handling various customer service tasks, including uniform distribution, stock management, minor repairs, and maintaining accurate daily transaction records.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute uniforms efficiently to customer employees on-site.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and in person.
- Maintain and replenish uniform inventory to ensure availability.
- Perform minor repairs on uniforms as needed.
- Deliver uniforms to multiple areas within the customer's facility as required.
- Place orders for new garments and properly label them.
- Maintain an organized uniform room to facilitate smooth garment handout.
- Record daily uniform transactions accurately.
- Make independent decisions to uphold high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Follow both Cintas’ and customer safety protocols diligently.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience providing customer service.
- Experience working in office or clerical environments.
- Preferred candidates will have professional laundry experience.
- Familiarity with ironing presses and steamers is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging approximately between $17.85 and $21.85, depending on skills, experience, and other factors.
