Uniform Room Attendant

About the Role

The Uniform Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by managing uniform distribution on-site at customer locations. This position involves handling various customer service tasks, including uniform distribution, stock management, minor repairs, and maintaining accurate daily transaction records.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute uniforms efficiently to customer employees on-site.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and in person.
• Maintain and replenish uniform inventory to ensure availability.
• Perform minor repairs on uniforms as needed.
• Deliver uniforms to multiple areas within the customer's facility as required.
• Place orders for new garments and properly label them.
• Maintain an organized uniform room to facilitate smooth garment handout.
• Record daily uniform transactions accurately.
• Make independent decisions to uphold high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Follow both Cintas’ and customer safety protocols diligently.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• At least one year of experience providing customer service.
• Experience working in office or clerical environments.
• Preferred candidates will have professional laundry experience.
• Familiarity with ironing presses and steamers is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging approximately between $17.85 and $21.85, depending on skills, experience, and other factors.
