Position overview

This opportunity is for a Training / onboarding / L&D Evaluator working remotely on a contract basis. The compensation range is $80 to $120 per hour.

What the role involves

• Review AI-produced outputs using domain-specific quality standards.
• Spot issues related to accuracy, visual quality, and presentation.
• Write feedback that is clear, detailed, and easy to act on.
• Work alongside subject matter experts to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Operate independently and asynchronously while meeting deadlines and helping improve model performance.

Required qualifications

Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Training / onboarding / L&D. Strong English communication skills at either native or professional level are required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Slides.

Preferred background

A master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
