Position Overview

We are seeking a Training, Onboarding, and Learning & Development (L&D) Evaluator on a contract basis. This remote opportunity offers compensation ranging between $80 to $120 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-produced outputs following specific domain quality criteria.
• Detect inaccuracies related to facts, design, and presentation.
• Deliver detailed and organized written feedback.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to maintain consistent standards and quality.
• Operate independently, managing deadlines in an asynchronous setup to support AI model enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of five years' experience in training, onboarding, or L&D roles.
• Fluency in English at a native or professional level.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's degree or higher from a recognized institution.
