Training and Payroll Executive

About the Role

Ugrasen Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd., based in Noida, is looking to hire a Training and Payroll Executive. This position involves leading induction training sessions, familiarizing new employees with company processes and industry knowledge, managing attendance systems, and handling the preparation of salary and incentive documentation each month.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate a two-day induction program for newly hired staff members.
• Educate employees about the PM Surya Ghar Yojana scheme, usage of the CRM application, corporate processes, and foundational solar industry insights.
• Ensure new hires are adequately prepared for field tasks following their training.
• Track and manage daily attendance via mobile application or biometric systems.
• Compile monthly salary and incentives sheets within the first three days of the month and forward these for approval.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and coordinate with HR and relevant department leaders.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any area of study.
• At least one year of experience in human resources, training, payroll management, or operations.
• Strong interpersonal communication, coordination, and presentation capabilities.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and the processes involved in payroll preparation.
