Training Details

Start Date: Entry timing is flexible, determined mutually based on your availability, beginning from October 2026 or later.
Curriculum: Understand the construction of future-oriented digitalization strategies focusing on AI application, actively participate in introducing new digital tools and processes, and identify where technology delivers genuine benefits.
Task Scope: Analyze business processes, propose digital solutions, assist in data visualization and preparation, undertake basic programming, and work with data governance tools while maintaining awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements, especially for AI applications.
Program Structure: Rotate through multiple departments following predetermined learning targets, including short shadowing stints in related divisions and subsidiaries to explore similarities and differences.
Post-Program Placement: Collaboratively identify a suitable target position towards the program's conclusion.
