Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team comprising Cluster Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Collaborate closely with the Branch Banking Sales Team to achieve sales objectives.
• Provide training and motivation to the entire Bancassurance team to enhance promotion of life insurance products.
• Drive insurance awareness initiatives and campaigns to boost market presence.
• Oversee sales promotion activities and implement Reward and Recognition (RNR) programs.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum graduation from any discipline.
• Extensive insurance industry experience of over 10 years, with a specific background in Bancassurance and Alliances.
• Strong reliance on maintaining and developing bank relationships within an Open Architecture framework.
