Telesales Executive

About the Role

Blackbuck is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their Operations department in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The position reports to the Manager and involves leadership responsibilities over a small team. This role aims to efficiently manage truck procurement and broker relationships to maximize freight value and margins.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Traffic Incharges to secure trucks at competitive freight rates.
• Develop and nurture relationships with both current and new booking offices to enhance operational capacity.
• Maintain a robust network of supply partners to facilitate uninterrupted matchmaking between supply and demand.
• Work closely with central teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Oversee vehicle tracking processes and address issues related to proof of delivery (POD) and payments.
• Focus on achieving targets related to truck placement, freight revenue, and profitability margins.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent skills in negotiation, relationship building, and communication.
• Graduation is preferred but not strictly required.

Additional Information

• Reports directly to the Manager and supervises 5 to 6 direct reports.
• The job requires working six days a week.
• Monthly compensation ranges from INR 17,000 to INR 19,000.
