Primary Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
• Provide counseling and detailed information regarding courses and services to prospective individuals.
• Regularly follow up on leads and sustain ongoing communication.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions or sales.
• Maintain precise records using Excel or CRM software.
• Meet established daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless admission and customer support operations.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 6000 to 21000 INR.
