Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Stressbuster Holidays Private Limited is seeking a Telecalling Executive specialized in holiday package sales to join our Sales & Marketing department at our office in T. Nagar, Chennai. This full-time position focuses on outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote holiday tours and related offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing leads.
• Clearly explain details of holiday packages, travel itineraries, pricing structures, special offers, and benefits to customers.
• Assess customer travel needs and recommend appropriate packages accordingly.
• Maintain continuous follow-ups to convert interested prospects into confirmed sales.
• Address customer queries and objections with professionalism and clarity.
• Keep precise records of calls and update CRM or database systems regularly.
• Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to confirm bookings and provide customer support seamlessly.
• Actively promote seasonal promotions, tour packages, and travel membership programs.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent communication skills in Tamil and basic proficiency in English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
• Confidence and proficiency in handling outbound sales calls.
• Fundamental knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent skills in customer interaction and follow-up.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants with Any Degree, Diploma, or 12th pass qualification are invited to apply. Freshers as well as candidates with experience may be considered. Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, travel or holiday sales, or customer support roles is advantageous.
