Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Global Future Consultancy is seeking motivated and outgoing Telecalling Executives to join their team. The successful candidates will engage with potential clients interested in study visas, work permits, and overseas immigration services, assisting them with initial inquiries and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients to explain immigration and visa-related services.
• Evaluate client profiles, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate visa or immigration options.
• Follow up consistently on warm leads to convert prospects into registered clients.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system of call logs, client interactions, and lead statuses.
• Meet assigned daily call targets as well as monthly conversion goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Completed Higher Secondary education (12th pass) or any graduate degree.
• Freshers with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, sales, or immigration/visa counseling is advantageous.
• Fluent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is an added benefit.
• Active listening skills, persuasiveness, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
