About the Role
The Technical Support Analyst position provides essential technology and support services aimed at enhancing business outcomes through the effective utilization of systems across the designated offices. This role is based at 2 Harbourfront Place #06-08, Singapore and operates on a full-time schedule, onsite.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should possess a minimum of a two-year degree from an accredited college or technical institution, or equivalent qualifications relevant to their country. Prior experience in Information Technology is required; hospitality industry experience is considered an advantage.

- Technical expertise in help desk support, hardware, network administration and security, system and server management, client/server applications, as well as LAN and WAN support
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain computer and network operations including onsite and offsite backup and disaster recovery processes
- Ensure compliance with company system standards
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on IT infrastructure—covering email, desktops, laptops, servers, LAN infrastructure, and operating systems as Tier 1 support
- Create disk images and perform maintenance activities to mitigate security risks, manage local area network access, and support the distribution of duties
- Effectively manage and resolve problems by tracking issues and communicating status updates to business clients in a timely fashion
- Prepare documentation, organize external vendor training sessions, and produce written communications for associates
- Maintain and complete all required checklists and ensure adherence to company policies and IT standard operating procedures
