We are seeking a Full Time Team Leader stationed at our TK Maxx store in Carrickmines, Dublin. This role involves supporting store managers in leading a team amidst a fast-paced, continually changing retail environment where product variety is abundant and customer experiences are unique.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist store managers in guiding and motivating a team of associates.
• Create an engaging and inclusive shopping atmosphere for a wide range of customers.
• Lead by example to empower a diverse group of team members.
• Adapt to frequent changes in stock and store layout with flexibility and creativity.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Prior experience in a management or leadership role is essential.
