Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a committed Team Leader to join Poundland, playing a vital part in supporting both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will lead the team to ensure customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience daily.

Your role will focus on fostering a welcoming and friendly store environment, where customers receive excellent service and team members feel valued and empowered on the shop floor. Key duties include managing deliveries, merchandising, and supporting daily operations to maintain high standards across the store and warehouse.

Working in a dynamic retail setting, you will inspire the team, support store success, and ensure seamless daily operations. We value a positive, hands-on leader with strong teamwork skills who confidently leads by example and helps colleagues develop their abilities. Retail experience is required, while prior leadership experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Most importantly, you must bring enthusiasm, organizational skills, and a passion for customer service and people management.
