Job description
About Crimson Global Academy
Crimson Global Academy (CGA) operates as a premier online school with a global student base spanning over 30 countries. The teaching team mainly hails from New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom, ensuring expertise in their respective subjects. The academy prioritizes a secure and inclusive learning environment underpinned by its pastoral care system.
At CGA, students advance according to their academic ability instead of age, which means many students progress faster than their age peers. The school provides adaptable curriculums, state-of-the-art technology, and opportunities for academic acceleration designed to foster excellence. The academy's impressive academic outcomes testify to its effective approach.
Position Overview
The role focuses on elevating the quality of teaching from proficient to outstanding by actively engaging in virtual classrooms through observation, assessment review, and evaluating student work. Constructive feedback will support teachers' professional growth. Collaboration with Heads of Department to refine curriculum plans, onboarding of new staff to the instructional model, and creation of impactful professional development programs fall under this role.
A key responsibility is to interpret learning analytics to identify students requiring additional support or challenge and coordinate targeted interventions to build learner independence and resilience. The role also entails fostering the teaching philosophy across campuses by sharing best practices, learning from peers, and providing insights that inform strategic leadership decisions.
Key Attributes Sought
- Exceptional educator driven by the success of others
- Advocate for technology as a tool to enhance teaching quality rather than overshadow it
- Passionate about coaching, giving feedback, and refining instructional skills
- Comfortable using data insightfully while keeping student welfare central

Additional Details
- Reports to the Campus Principal and collaborates with the Senior Vice President of CGA
- Based at campuses such as Greenwich, Aoraki, or US
- Allocated five periods per week dedicated to release time
The academy invites passionate educators eager to contribute to a transformative educational model preparing students to thrive globally.
