About the Role
We urgently seek a Talent Acquisition Officer experienced in the banking sector to support our client's hiring needs in Sharjah, UAE. This role is dedicated to managing the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure skilled professionals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for diverse roles across multiple departments.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, role specifications, and recruitment timelines.
- Create and oversee job postings on both internal and external platforms.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and academic institutions.
- Conduct resume screening, preliminary interviews, and coordinate further interview arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and generate recruitment dashboards and reports.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives including social media campaigns, job fairs, and career events.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and pre-employment formalities to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and relevant labor regulations.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruitment procedures and candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment processes related to internship applications and programs.
