Survey Executive

Overview

A new 1000 MT cold storage facility is being established near Mannargudi, and we are looking for Survey Executives to connect with local farmers and traders in nearby villages and markets. This role involves collecting data through simple questionnaires via a mobile application. Comprehensive training will be provided; no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 8 to 10 farmers or 4 to 5 shops/traders daily in designated villages.
• Use a smartphone to fill out survey forms, which can function offline without internet.
• Engage with farmers early in the morning or evening and traders at local markets.
• Submit daily activity reports each evening through WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in Tamil; basic understanding of English is advantageous.
• Possess an Android smartphone.
• Own a two-wheeler motorcycle or scooter with a valid driving license; petrol allowance provided.
• Comfortable communicating with farmers and shopkeepers.
• Desirable: students with agriculture-related diplomas or degrees, former mandi workers, or individuals familiar with local farming communities.

Payment and Benefits

• Compensation ranges between 12,000 and 17,000 INR monthly, paid weekly based on verified completed survey submissions.
• Additional monthly bonuses awarded to top performers.
