The Supply Chain Planner II is essential in delivering value by reducing inventory levels while boosting customer service excellence. This remote role based in the United States offers valuable experience conducive to progression into various company functions such as implementation, consulting, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the principal contact for customers ensuring exceptional value from Baxter Planning’s supply chain solutions.
• Lead strategy for small to medium Planning as a Service (PaaS) accounts through collaboration with internal teams to meet supply chain objectives.
• Analyze customer data generated by team members and provide actionable recommendations for enhancements.
• Address and resolve escalated customer concerns related to key PaaS accounts.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with assigned customers.
• Promote widespread adoption of solutions among customer user groups.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on Baxter Planning’s Best Practice Scorecard to drive customer success.
• Develop Business Review presentations for executive management to track progress toward supply chain goals and highlight improvement areas.
• Collaborate with customers to implement recommended enhancements by adjusting business processes or planning tool configurations.
• Mentor and train newly onboarded customers on leveraging planning solutions effectively through remote or onsite sessions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create and refine internal best practices for delivering superior planning solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Familiarity with planning software applications is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of influencing and assisting client contacts.
• Ability to function autonomously as well as within cross-functional teams focused on customer value delivery.
• Exceptional project management and prioritization abilities.
• Capacity to manage demanding tasks with high financial impact on clients.
• Inventive problem-solving skills and strong technical proficiency, notably advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLookup, etc.).
• Demonstrated initiative and a competitive mindset geared toward process evaluation and enhancement to better support customers and optimize supply chains.
