Role Overview
A healthcare organization is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to help improve supply chain performance, reduce unnecessary spend, and strengthen procurement and inventory operations. The role focuses on turning operational data into actionable insights and supporting process improvements across a fast-moving healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review supply chain data to spot patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities to lower costs.
- Assess buying behavior and product usage to support better planning and decision-making.
- Detect pricing variances and contribute to spend analysis efforts.
- Create reports and dashboards that provide visibility into supply chain performance.
- Assist with procurement tasks such as purchase order processing and vendor coordination.
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve inventory handling and process efficiency.
- Help refine ERP and point-of-use system workflows to support smoother operations.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience of at least 4 years in a relevant field may also qualify.
- Hands-on exposure to supply chain or ERP platforms is required.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities are needed.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well across teams are important.
