About the Role

Rostudios, a dynamic fitness company with global presence focused on creating joyful and connected workout experiences, is seeking a Studio Assistant to support the smooth operation of its Berlin studio. The role is centered on facilitating studio operations, providing excellent rider services, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere aligned with the brand's mission of promoting fitness and happiness daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for riders arriving at the studio, ensuring a friendly and professional reception.
• Uphold exceptional standards of hospitality and service quality throughout the studio environment.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene protocols rigorously to ensure a clean and safe space for all visitors and staff.
• Manage daily operational tasks spanning sales, administration, and overall studio upkeep, including monthly reporting.
• Exhibit leadership capabilities by guiding team members and offering constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Develop meaningful relationships with riders to strengthen the Rocycle community and enhance their experience.
• Participate in quarterly meetings and group training sessions to stay informed and aligned with company procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about operational protocols and adept in resolving maintenance issues as they arise.
• Work flexible hours scheduled between 30 minutes before and after the studio's operating times, Monday through Sunday.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about sports and the Rocycle brand, with a keen interest in hospitality and customer service excellence.
• Team-focused and capable of handling multiple responsibilities including communication and operational duties simultaneously.
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and values cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
• Proactive thinker with creativity to recommend operational enhancements.
• Flexible availability matching the studio’s operational hours.
• Fluency in English, especially strong verbal communication skills.
• Available for a minimum commitment of two shifts roughly equating to 8 hours.
• Resident of Berlin, Germany, to be onsite for responsibilities.
