Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyze structural, fabrication, and erection drawings prior to implementation.
• Supervise steel fabrication processes ensuring strict adherence to approved standards.
• Liaise with fabrication yards to guarantee timely manufacturing and delivery of steel components.
• Oversee onsite erection of structural elements including columns, beams, and bracings.
• Maintain precision in alignment, leveling, bolting, and welding during erection works.
• Collaborate effectively with civil, MEP, and other project teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Conduct rigorous site inspections to uphold project quality benchmarks.
• Monitor usage of subcontractors, labor, materials, and machinery for efficiency.
• Ensure all safety protocols, including lifting procedures and work at height guidelines, are strictly followed.
• Prepare and submit daily progress and construction status reports to management.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide engineering solutions during fabrication and erection stages.
• Ensure all project tasks are achieved on schedule while maintaining quality and safety norms.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) or a Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• Possess 5 to 10 years of experience specializing in structural steel fabrication and erection.
• Experience working on high-rise building projects will be advantageous.
