Store Manager

Role overview

As the Store Manager for a ZARA store in Pune District, you will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure a strong customer experience, manage stock and presentation standards, and lead the store team while protecting company assets and budgets.

Customer service management

Your focus will be to identify customer needs, stay visible on the sales floor, and make sure customer concerns, complaints, and returns are handled properly and promptly.

Product and stock control

You will keep close track of merchandise in the store, work toward assigned sales targets, share product-related information with the team, support ordering activities, assist with receiving stock, and help maintain optimal inventory levels.

Store image and maintenance

You will ensure the store and your team reflect the right brand image, follow merchandising standards, and keep the premises clean and well maintained.

Team leadership and staff management

You will recruit suitable team members, support onboarding, training, and development, and organize staff schedules while also managing internal personnel budgets.

Budget and asset control

You will safeguard store assets, organize inventories, reduce wastage in line with company objectives, and ensure cash register usage and administrative processes are followed correctly.
