Role overview
As the Store Manager, you will represent the FENDI brand in the market, championing its identity while consistently surpassing sales goals and KPI expectations. You will lead through coaching and motivation, deepen client relationships by sharing FENDI’s heritage, craftsmanship, material quality, and creative vision, and ensure all store activities reflect the brand’s standards of excellence and luxury.
Key responsibilities
- Track store results closely and drive performance against the relevant KPIs.
- Support the selling process on the shop floor whenever needed.
- Review business performance, build action plans, and execute improvements to grow results across product categories.
- Lead the sales team by setting clear individual and team targets aligned with KPIs.
- Stay informed about the local market and competitor activity, and factor this into trading decisions.
- Oversee correct implementation of company procedures related to operations and stock handling.
- Maintain strong customer service standards so that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build loyalty among FENDI customers using CRM methods, clienteling initiatives, and in-store events.
- Serve as a brand representative and strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
- Identify and improve Mystery Shopper outcomes through targeted corrective plans.
- Encourage a positive team culture, strengthen morale, and support collaborative working relationships.
- Partner with HR to recruit suitable candidates for the store’s staffing needs.
- Spot training gaps at both individual and team level, then communicate development needs to HR.
- Prepare and submit sales and operational reports in line with company policies and KPI requirements.
- Ensure FENDI standards are upheld across customer service, internal controls, visual merchandising, stock, administration, and back-office operations.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in luxury or fashion retail, with a strong record in store leadership and commercial performance. You should combine excellent people skills with a disciplined, customer-first approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
- 5 to 7 years of experience managing a retail luxury store in a premium location.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
- Strong sales ability and effective communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a self-reliant, friendly, and patient manner.
- Proven leadership, confidence, organizational ability, and professionalism.
- Strong customer focus and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfort handling multiple tasks at once.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with retail management systems.
- Solid knowledge of, or genuine interest in, the fashion and luxury sector.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Additional information
This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, onsite position.
