Primary Responsibilities

• Assist Store and Assistant Managers in managing daily stockroom activities, including logistics, inventory control, and efficient stock movement to sales floor, ensuring an outstanding factory outlet experience
• Provide feedback to store management regarding resource needs to uphold and enhance stockroom operational standards
• Uphold and represent adidas brand values and product excellence with enthusiasm and impact
• Ensure adherence to global retail policies, procedures, and operational standards in the store’s back-of-house functions; suggest improvements to craft a world-class Factory Outlet environment
• Drive store profitability by achieving or surpassing sales and profit objectives
• Support the management team to deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting commercial targets

Preferred Experience

• Previous leadership experience in retail, particularly with men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear
• Familiarity with stockroom management procedures
