• Inspecting products to guarantee freshness and quality, removing any damaged or inappropriate items, and completing all necessary documentation such as pick slips and shipping labels with precision.
• Organizing packing efficiently to maximize space while maintaining safety measures and product standards.
• Contributing to positive customer experiences by balancing fulfillment duties with helpful and courteous customer interaction and assisting with issue resolution.
• Following safety protocols and food hygiene standards diligently, including cleaning spills promptly, verifying the cleanliness of totes before use, and safely operating equipment.
• Demonstrating flexibility regarding work shifts, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Challenges

• Successfully managing high-volume tasks in a fast-paced setting, particularly during overnight shifts, by planning for energy maintenance and focus.

Compensation
