Job Overview

We are looking to hire a Senior US IT Recruiter based in Noida Sector 62 to work onsite during the night shift aligned with US time zones. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities focused on IT roles within the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of US recruitment norms, visa classifications, and employment tax structures, alongside expertise in sourcing quality technical candidates using multiple recruitment channels.

Primary Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple sourcing avenues such as resume databases (e.g., Monster, Dice, LinkedIn), social media, job postings, networking events, and phone outreach to identify qualified candidates.
• Assess candidate resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
• Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions effectively.
• Work closely with hiring managers to grasp job specifications and build recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Advertise openings on relevant platforms and serve as the key contact for applicants throughout the selection process.
• Arrange and facilitate interviews, coordinating schedules with clients.
• Manage candidate information in databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) accurately.
• Negotiate compensation and benefits with prospective employees.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to US employment regulations and visa requirements.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and the availability of IT talent.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 6 years of demonstrated experience in US IT recruitment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of US visa categories such as USC and Green Card, and tax terms including W2 and Corp-to-Corp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
• Ability to multitask efficiently within a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment.
• Willingness and capability to work night shifts as per US time zones.
