Role Overview

Design at Revolut requires combining creativity with meticulous attention to detail to continually elevate product experience. The role of Spatial & Interior Designer is critical in defining the physical representation of this digital-first company through events, hospitality, office, and retail spaces.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to craft impactful, intentional, and forward-thinking visual designs.
• Bring the brand identity to life within customer-facing and internal physical environments.
• Design immersive spatial experiences including customer journeys for events, pop-ups, and activations.
• Create original concepts, narratives, and frameworks for physical experiences.
• Manage projects from conception through delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in spatial planning, lighting, material selection, and 3D visualization.
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand identity into physical settings.
• Experience collaborating closely with brand, marketing, events, or product teams.
• Strong portfolio evidencing concept development, storytelling, and finalized executions.
• Familiarity with modular design solutions, experimental materials, or digital spatial integration techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and proven adaptability in fast-paced environments.
