Role Overview

We are seeking a Spa Receptionist (w/m/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date. This role requires you to provide expert guest consultation and ensure a premium service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable advice to our guests ensuring a superior service experience.
• Maintain and organize our filing system for operational efficiency.
• Promote and sell our premium products with enthusiasm.
• Handle spa inquiries, coordinate appointments, and guarantee smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and find satisfactory resolutions.
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure stock accuracy.

Candidate Profile

• Enjoy interacting with and advising customers, ideally with experience in customer service.
• Proficient with digital tools such as MS Office, TAC, and preferably Protel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently address guest needs.
• Structured, well-organized work methodology.
• Able to maintain oversight and manage multiple requests and schedule appointments reliably.
• Solution-focused mindset and adeptness at professionally resolving complaints.

Compensation

The salary range according to the collective bargaining agreement spans from €2,650 to €3,060 gross monthly, depending on qualifications and experience, inclusive of above-standard payments.
