Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position focused on helping organizations and end users adopt Insight Genesis – IGAi solutions successfully. The role centers on understanding client needs, turning those needs into workable platform setups, and showcasing the product through customized demonstrations and use cases. It also includes advising clients on opportunities to create value, backing sales conversations with solution knowledge, and handling responsive support during onboarding and after implementation. The position requires close coordination with product and technical teams to relay feedback, improve offerings, and make sure the platform fits client goals across financial services, HR, education, and health-related use cases. Clear, professional communication and relationship-building are important parts of the job.

Key Duties

Assess client requirements and convert them into practical solution configurations.
Prepare and deliver tailored product demos and use-case walkthroughs.
Advise clients on how the platform can create measurable business value.
Support sales efforts by joining discovery and solution-oriented conversations.
Provide timely customer support during onboarding and after deployment.
Work with product and technical teams to share user feedback and refine the platform.
Maintain professional communication with stakeholders and nurture long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Applicants should have strong analytical ability to interpret data, understand client problems, and spot solution opportunities.
Clear communication skills are needed to explain complex ideas to varied audiences in simple terms.
Consultative thinking is important for assessing needs and recommending effective approaches.
