Job description
Role Summary
Forext Green Energy Private Limited is seeking an experienced Solar Back Office and Liaisoning Executive to join their Ahmedabad office full-time. This role requires hands-on experience managing solar project documentation and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and subsidy processing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Registering and processing applications on the PM Surya Ghar National Portal.
- Managing filings and ongoing liaison on DISCOM portals such as UGVCL, MGVCL, PGVCL, DGVCL, or Torrent Power.
- Handling feasibility checks, net-metering approvals, WCR submissions, and commissioning procedures.
- Applying for subsidies and ensuring complete documentation.
- Addressing portal objections, making required corrections, and managing any pending cases effectively.
- Liaising with customers, DISCOM officials, and internal teams to facilitate quick resolutions.
- Maintaining detailed project-wise Management Information Systems (MIS) and following up regularly to ensure progress.
- Guaranteeing timely processing and closure of all customer files.
Experience and Candidate Profile
- At least one year of relevant experience specifically in solar back-office filing or liaisoning is mandatory; freshers are not eligible.
- Proficient with DISCOM portals including UGVCL, MGVCL, PGVCL, DGVCL, or Torrent Power.
- Capability to independently manage customer files with strong organizational skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, email communication, and document handling.
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi are essential.
