Social Media Manager

Overview

Integgral Corporate Service is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee the entire social media content production and management process for a variety of client brands. This position involves a combination of strategic planning, production oversight, and project management responsibilities, ensuring all aspects from initial briefing to content publishing are handled effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars that align with clients' objectives and brand identities.
• Oversee the creative workflow using project management tools such as ClickUp.
• Coordinate with video editors, junior social media team members, and content writers to ensure smooth content creation.
• Manage client interactions by collecting approvals, addressing feedback, and making necessary revisions.
• Execute post publishing and manage community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor organic content performance and utilize insights to improve future content planning.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong creative judgment and a good sense for content quality.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
• Highly organized with proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management software.
• Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi languages, with strong content sensibility.

Additional Information

Work Location: Mohali (Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar), Punjab, India, working onsite.

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in a related field.
