Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to join the UAE's fastest-expanding boxing promotion team. The role offers a unique opportunity to be embedded within the boxing world—ringside at events, training with fighters, and shaping the narrative of a rising boxing brand in real time directly from your phone.
About the Company
Since its inception, the brand has grown significantly, achieving 7.4 million views over two years. They have developed an internal content and design team and established collaborations with IFL TV, Boxing Social, and UAE Boxing Generation. Their fighters are nearing WBC international title challenges.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Create compelling content that attracts and retains social media audiences deeply interested in boxing.
- Be active ringside and in training environments to authentically capture the sport's essence.
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans for TikTok and YouTube channels beyond regular posting.
- Produce fast and professionally edited content, particularly Instagram Stories and Reels, using mobile editing tools.
- Manage sponsor-related content delivery and reporting responsibilities effectively.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of boxing culture, personalities, and the sport’s nuances.
- Active participation in boxing or consistent training; this is a hands-on role, not observational.
- Comfortable presenting confidently on camera without scripts.
- Proficient in mobile content editing and Canva for agile solo content creation.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
- Strong strategic mindset for social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube.
