SmartCOMM Developer

Job Overview

BelWo Inc is seeking a seasoned SmartCOMM Developer to work from their Mohali office. This full-time role involves developing and supporting Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Smart Communications platform with a shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SmartCOMM templates and document generation tools.
• Customize customer-facing communications, including letters, statements, invoices, and notices, per business requirements.
• Collaborate intensively with both business units and technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and provide ongoing production support.
• Participate in deployment efforts to guarantee smooth launching of SmartCOMM applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, adhering to best development practices.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Practical expertise with SmartCOMM Designer, Interactive, and Batch modules.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, HTML, and CSS technologies.
• Experience working with CCM and document composition tools.
• Understanding of REST APIs, SQL and database management, and system integration techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior work experience in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or other enterprise domains is beneficial.
